Video Newsletters  Feedback

Giving and receiving feedback are two entirely different skills – an easy statement to make there I hear you say – we are great a giving feedback to others. But we rarely ask for constructive ‘REAL’ feedback that will help our development and performance. Most people will give you lip service, superficial feedback – you have to ask and find the supporters whose opinion you respect and whose words hold no punches!
